This opens new ways of sharing experiences and makes you feel like you’re part of what you’re watching. It’s a step towards even more immersive experiences.”
Adding to the announcement, Zuckerburg said that the panning around feature of 360 videos will let the users “experience the kind of thing most people will never see in their lives.” He sounded quite excited for the new video feature on Facebook will encourage its users to share a lot of 360 degree content.

These videos are labelled with 360 video logo. If you are watching it on a mobile device, you can move your device in actual to get the view from different angles or you can drag your fingers onto the screen to shift perspective in the video. But if you are watching it on a computer, you can have the view by dragging the cursor.
For iOS devices to support 360 Videos, iphone should be 4s or newer and ipad 2 or newer and iOS device should be iOS 7 or later. For Android devices, it should be 4.3 or later.
